Alle US-Bestellungen werden per UPS oder FedEx versendet, mit Ausnahme von Hawaii, wo ein Luftversand erforderlich ist.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Pakete eine Unterschrift erforderlich ist und behalten Sie den Überblick über das Paket anhand der bereitgestellten Tracking-Informationen.

Alle unsere wunderschönen Schmuckstücke sind handgefertigt. Bitte rechnen Sie mit einer Produktionszeit von 2 bis 3 Wochen, wobei die Versandzeit noch nicht eingerechnet ist. Bestimmte Sonderanfertigungen können länger dauern.

Internationaler Versand

Wir verwenden den berechneten Tarif von UPS, FedEx oder DHL.

Die Kosten für den internationalen Versand variieren je nach Land und Art des Versanddienstes. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Kunde für Einfuhrzölle, Maklergebühren oder Steuern verantwortlich ist. Bitte wenden Sie sich für weitere Informationen an Ihr lokales Postamt, da die Zollbestimmungen von Land zu Land unterschiedlich sind.

All sales are final. All of our products are released after passing strict quality control at HIDDENSPACE, Inc., located in Los Angeles, California. They are handmade original designs and not intended for resale. Please note that our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and custom-made. Consequently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our handmade jewelry or other products sold by HIDDENSPACE, Inc. This policy includes, but is not limited to, items under Jewelry Care & Accessories, the Premium Package, and products from events such as giveaways and contests.

Returns are granted only in cases of seller negligence. If an item is delivered defective or damaged, please email us at info@hiddenspacejewelry.com within 7 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling when sending the jewelry to us; we will cover the return shipping costs. To prevent damage during return shipping, please ensure your jewelry is packed securely. Repairs for any damage resulting from customer mishandling will incur a fee. 

We strongly recommend that you have the accurate sizes for your rings and other customized pieces prior to completing your order. Please review our Ring Size Guide.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from hiddenspacejewelry.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
