How Hiddenspace brings your perfect jewelry to life.
CAD
A ring is not designed as a one-fits-all. Like how a suit is carefully tailored to an individual’s body, we handle each and every product with immense care and attention to detail, making it intimate and personal. To bring our designs to life, we start by creating a computer-generated version of the jewelry in CAD. All salt and pepper diamonds come in unique shapes and sizes, which requires the setting designs to be modified in order to accommodate your stone of choice.
CASTING
A 3D model of the product is printed from the personalized CAD design. The wax model is carefully placed into a steel flask to be filled with “investment” that replaces the negative space. The inner wax contents are burnt out to create a cavity that is then filled with liquified gold to create a solid cast piece.
PRODUCTION
Once the wax model has been casted, it is sent to pre-polish for general cleanup before setting each of the stones. All stones are set by hand to ensure a magnificent finish as well as guarantee a high customer satisfaction. When everything is set in order, we proceed to the final touches of the process.
FINAL TOUCHES
This last step sets the seal on the quality of the product. It goes through another stage of polishing to make sure it is clean and shiny. We, also, double check for any missing stones and review all surface areas. This step is extremely crucial since customer service is our #1 priority. Hiddenspace will not accept anything less than perfect, so why should you?
READY TO GO
Our most exciting step of this whole process is when the quality assurance has been approved and the order is finally ready to be shipped! Your product is placed in its rightful package with a label to be shipped to your doorsteps within one week. We work hard to complete your orders as soon as possible since engagement rings are time-sensitive.
