FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept online payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. All payment processing and essential customer information are handled quickly, easily, and securely.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

Yes, we offer Shop Pay at checkout to make your shopping experience easier.

La livraison standard nationale est GRATUITE.

Toutes les commandes aux États-Unis sont expédiées via UPS ou FedEx, à l'exception d'Hawaï, qui nécessite un envoi aérien.

Le tarif forfaitaire USPS Priority Small Box (standard) prendra environ 1 à 5 jours ouvrables aux États-Unis

Tous nos magnifiques bijoux sont fabriqués à la main. Veuillez nous accorder 2 à 3 semaines pour la production, qui n'inclut pas le délai d'expédition. Certaines commandes personnalisées peuvent prendre plus de temps.

Expédition internationale

All sales are final. All of our products are released after passing strict quality control at HIDDENSPACE, Inc., located in Los Angeles, California. They are handmade original designs and not intended for resale. Please note that our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and custom-made. Consequently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our handmade jewelry or other products sold by HIDDENSPACE, Inc. This policy includes, but is not limited to, items under Jewelry Care & Accessories, the Premium Package, and products from events such as giveaways and contests.

Returns are granted only in cases of seller negligence. If an item is delivered defective or damaged, please email us at info@hiddenspacejewelry.com within 7 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling when sending the jewelry to us; we will cover the return shipping costs. To prevent damage during return shipping, please ensure your jewelry is packed securely. Repairs for any damage resulting from customer mishandling will incur a fee. 

We strongly recommend that you have the accurate sizes for your rings and other customized pieces prior to completing your order. Please review our Ring Size Guide.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from hiddenspacejewelry.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

2. Placez votre ruban à mesurer, votre ficelle ou votre papier sur une surface plane et utilisez une règle pour mesurer la longueur jusqu'à l'endroit marqué.
