Shipping policy

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production, excluding shipping time. Shipping times may be affected by certain custom orders, processing times, and unexpected hazards during the shipping process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free standard ground shipping for all domestic orders within the United States via selected shipping services. UPS or FedEx Ground shipping typically delivers within 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx 2nd Air or Next Day Air is available starting at $55 USD and above, with delivery in 1-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and free shipping eligibility is determined at cart review. Shipments include 100% insurance coverage and optional signature requirements. A valid shipping address where someone can receive the package in person is needed.

Please note Hawaii is excluded from free domestic shipping due to air shipment requirements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS with shipping times up to 14 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available for international orders. Carrier delays may occur, and specific shipping options apply to select countries. Prices vary by country and shipping method. Customers are responsible for import duty taxes. Customs policies vary widely by country; please consult your local customs office for details.

For reliable delivery, provide a reachable phone number and ensure acceptance of packages. USPS does not offer further tracking once the package reaches the destination country, and signature delivery is not available. (Canada works fine with USPS, just like the U.S.) We recommend FedEx, DHL, or UPS for enhanced security.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are mandatory for international orders and are paid directly to the destination country. VAT, duties, and taxes may be included in your item price or order total at checkout, depending on your shipping location.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING METHODS AND PRIVATE SHIPMENTS

We offer UPS hold-for-pickup services for surprise gifts, such as engagement rings. To use this service, type "Hold for pickup" under the “Special instructions for seller" section in your Shopping Cart and provide your shipping address to locate the nearest UPS access point. If your order has not shipped or if you need further assistance with an alternative shipping method, contact us for support. Once shipped, address changes are not possible for security reasons.
