PAYMENT DATA SAFETY

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept online payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. All payment processing and essential customer information are handled quickly, easily, and securely.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

Yes, we offer Shop Pay at checkout to make your shopping experience easier.

All of our beautiful jewelry pieces are handmade. Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks for the production, which does not include the shipping time.

Certain custom orders might take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We utilize UPS / FedEx for shipping with rates calculated based on your location. Please note that carrier delays may occur during transit, and this shipping option is applicable to specific destination countries.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
To determine the expected delivery time for your order, refer to the lead time provided on each product page. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out to us for assistance. Once your order is ready, shipping through UPS / FedEx typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that local customs agencies may require additional business days for clearance in some instances.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are mandatory for goods transported across international borders. These fees, based on your order's value and contents, are established and paid directly to the destination country. If you have any queries, please contact your local customs agency. In certain shipping locations, VAT, Duties, and Taxes may be included in the item price or order total at checkout.

ADDRESS UPDATES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your order has not yet been shipped, please get in touch with us to cancel the existing order so that you can place a new one with the correct address. Once an order has been shipped (confirmed by tracking details in the email), we regret to inform you that we are unable to modify the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All sales on international orders are considered final, and returns are not accepted. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact HIDDENSPACE for further assistance.

All sales are final. All of our products are released after passing strict quality control at HIDDENSPACE, Inc., located in Los Angeles, California. They are handmade original designs and not intended for resale. Please note that our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and custom-made. Consequently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our handmade jewelry or other products sold by HIDDENSPACE, Inc. This policy includes, but is not limited to, items under Jewelry Care & Accessories, the Premium Package, and products from events such as giveaways and contests.

Returns are granted only in cases of seller negligence. If an item is delivered defective or damaged, please email us at info@hiddenspacejewelry.com within 7 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling when sending the jewelry to us; we will cover the return shipping costs. To prevent damage during return shipping, please ensure your jewelry is packed securely. Repairs for any damage resulting from customer mishandling will incur a fee. 

We strongly recommend that you have the accurate sizes for your rings and other customized pieces prior to completing your order. Please review our Ring Size Guide.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Upon purchasing our product, you will receive a physical warranty card, which provides a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. 

Purchasing the Premium Package extends the warranty to 2 years in total. Note that warranty coverages are not available for individual purchase and are only included with the Premium Package.

WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS

RESIZE

Your first ring resizing is complimentary during the coverage period. Please be aware that resizing is only available in whole sizes. For example, a size 6 ring can be adjusted to either size 5 or size 7. If other size adjustments are required, the entire piece must be remade due to the potential loss of setting tension. Once your coverage period has ended, ring resizing will incur a fee of $35 USD per occurrence. If you require a replacement chain for a necklace or a bracelet purchased from HIDDENSPACE, Inc., any additional cost for a longer chain must be covered by you.

LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE TO MELEE DIAMOND

If your jewelry's melee diamonds are lost or damaged, you are eligible for replacement at wholesale prices during the coverage period.

LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE TO MAIN DIAMOND

If your jewelry's main diamond is lost or damaged, you are eligible for replacement at wholesale prices during the coverage period.

DAMAGE TO PRONGS AND METAL

If the prongs or metal of your jewelry are damaged, you are eligible for repair services during the coverage period.

CLEANING AND POLISH

Jewelry cleaning and polishing services are unlimited and complimentary during the coverage period.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from hiddenspacejewelry.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- Log files: Track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and “Order Information.”

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Communicate with you;

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Find a New Measurement

What you'll need: * Tape measure / string / strip of paper

1. Wrap it around the finger where you intend to wear your ring. - If you're planning a ring stack or a wedding band with your engagement ring, consider the positioning on your finger and mark the point where it overlaps.
2. Place your tape measure, string or paper on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the marked spot. Last but not least, refer to the provided chart to find the corresponding HIDDENSPACE ring size that matches your measurement and there you have it!

Measure a Pre-existing Ring
