Warranty
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
Upon purchasing our product, you will receive a physical warranty card, which provides a 1-year warranty from the delivery date.
Purchasing the Premium Package extends the warranty to 2 years in total. Note that warranty coverages are not available for individual purchase and are only included with the Premium Package.
WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS
RESIZE
Your first ring resizing is complimentary during the coverage period.
Please note that resizing is available within one full size up or down from the original size. For example, if your ring is a size 6, it can be resized anywhere between size 5 to 7, including quarter and half sizes (e.g., 5.25, 6.5, etc.).
If you require a size adjustment beyond one full size, the ring will need to be entirely remade due to the potential loss of setting tension.
Once your coverage period has ended, resizing will incur a fee of $35 USD per occurrence.
For necklace or bracelet chain replacements, please note that any additional cost for a longer chain must be covered by the customer.
LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE TO MELEE DIAMOND
If your jewelry's melee diamonds are lost or damaged, you are eligible for replacement at wholesale prices during the coverage period.
LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE TO MAIN DIAMOND
If your jewelry's main diamond is lost or damaged, you are eligible for replacement at wholesale prices during the coverage period.
DAMAGE TO PRONGS AND METAL
If the prongs or metal of your jewelry are damaged, you are eligible for repair services during the coverage period.
CLEANING AND POLISH
Jewelry cleaning and polishing services are unlimited and complimentary during the coverage period.
